  • Your credit card may be pre-authorised 21 days prior to arrival in the amount of your first night's stay.
  • You will be informed if your credit card is declined for preauthorisation. In case we cannot charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled.
  • For late cancellation of reservations, your card will be charged in the amount of your first night's stay per accommodation unit.
  • In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.

In the event of Agreement termination, we are limited to a refund up to the amount of the advance payment received based on the Booking Agreement. Valid from January 1, 2023.
