You can also opt for a fish picnic, a boat excursion that will acquaint you with the charming coastal towns of Vrsar and Rovinj and the attractive Lim Channel.

Venice

Set off towards one of the most charming towns in the world attracting its visitors with its historical squares and numerous bridges and canals. Stop for a second at St. Mark's Square to admire the 8th century basilica and then start exploring this living museum which will surely leave you speechless and make your holiday even more special.

Brijuni National Park

Visit the Brijuni National Park consisting of 16 islands spread along the south-west coast of the Istrian peninsula. Go to the Veli Brijun Island and experience the archaeological sights telling the story of the island's turbulent history, and then take your children to the unforgettable safari park. You can then relax under the thick tree tops of aromatic pine trees or even take a swim in the crystal clear blue sea.

Canoe - Rafting

Baredine Cave

Visit the Baredine Cave located near Višnjan which leads to approxiamately 60 m deep into the ground. Explore the 5 halls abundant with an array of stalactites and stalagmites and their interesting shapes. See the Leaning Tower of Pisa or the snowman – the symbol of the cave. On your return, why not discover the beauty of Višnjan and explore its small streets and squares.

Postojna Cave and Lipice

Cross the border over into Slovenia and visit the Postojna Cave, one of the most impressive caves in found in Europe formed by the River Pivka. Explore its best hidden parts by going down the long tunnels which have been purposely built in order to discover the almost underground make-believe world and its wealth. Following this, set off towards Lipice, a place where the world-known white horses called lipicaneri are bred.
