In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.

We can implement the price correction no later than one month before the date of arrival, which we will inform you about by email or in another appropriate way. You need to inform us whether you accept the new price calculation of services or reject this calculation within 8 days, whereby the Booking Agreement will be considered terminated without any obligations on your part. In the event of Agreement termination, we are limited to a refund up to the amount of the advance payment received based on the Booking Agreement. Valid from January 1, 2023.
